Quick Home Workout ("the App") is a free fitness application. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data the App collects and how it is used.

The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.

All workout progress, settings, and preferences are stored locally on your device using the browser's built-in storage (localStorage). This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or any third party.

Data Stored Locally

The following information is stored only on your device:

• Selected language preference (Russian or English)
• Workout statistics (total workouts completed, current streak)
• Custom exercise plans you create
• Onboarding completion status

You can delete this data at any time by clearing the app's data in your device settings or by uninstalling the App.

Third-Party Services

The App does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

Internet Permission

The App requests the INTERNET permission as a technical requirement of the underlying framework (Capacitor/WebView). However, the App does not make any network requests and works fully offline.

Children's Privacy

The App does not collect any data from anyone, including children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
